Les costumes ont été réalisés par James Acheson qui a coordonné environ 9000 tailleurs du monde entier. Il a même acheté des vêtements originaux sur les marchés d'antiquités de Hong Kong pendant le tournage du film. De magnifiques dragons brodés en fils d'argent et d'or.
